Respite is available to carers or guardians of a person with a disability aged 6 – 65 years.

• Frail - A person that is determined as being frail is someone that is considered to have a functional disability which makes it difficult to perform the tasks of daily living without help or supervision.  Examples of tasks of daily living include dressing, preparing meals, house cleaning and using public transport.
• Aged is defined by “65 years and over”
